- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Billing nightmare! Dr. Bennett is a provider on our insurance plan. She charges extra to file insurance claims (above my copay). She will charge your bank account without permission. Even when you request for them to notify you so you can make sure money is available. Insurance billing is a minimum of three months behind. But that doesn't stop the staff from treating you like the delinquent. Shows no concern for unscheduled treatment for patient. I made arrangements at the beginning of the month to make payment at the end of the month. Staff broke the agreement because I did not respond to text message and charged my account without permission again. I did not respond because arrangements were made in six days.
